I knew it! Things got scary. At least he is still smiling here – within seconds he was wiping the paint on his forehead and arms while looking sideways at me with a devilish grin. When I told him to stop and he didn’t, he got a Time Out, at which point ‘devilish grin’ turned into ‘angry/I might cry face’ …not what you want to see on your 2.5 year old when he has paint on both hands and your 2 week old is mere feet away.
